In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

Any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and is authorised to access the Services.
The registered profile created by a User on the Platform, associated with a unique username, verified email address and personal credentials.
All products, features, games, betting markets, tools and content accessible through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games and instant games.
Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, loyalty reward or other incentive offered by the Platform subject to specific terms and wagering conditions.
The identity verification process required before certain account actions — including withdrawals — are permitted. KYC requires submission of government-issued photo identification and, where required, proof of address.
A condition attached to bonus funds specifying the total value of eligible wagers that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

444cb applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures in accordance with applicable standards. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and/or proof of residential address before deposits, withdrawals or certain account features are enabled. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

Where a correction is made, affected transactions may be voided or adjusted accordingly.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or employing wagering strategies designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. 444cb reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse, at its sole discretion.
444cb reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect stakes already placed under the original promotional terms, except where required by applicable law.

444cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continuing to provide Services to you would create legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance (net of any pending bonus obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, dispute resolution and intellectual property provisions — will remain in full force.
444cb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an on-platform notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is registered and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
